The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with very comfortable beds, but we were overlooked by the cleaning attendant a couple of times. The service was friendly overall but lacked attentiveness at times. The location was fantastic for visiting Universal Studios area, although it seemed a bit understaffed. The dining options were good but overpriced and limited. The facilities were decent, with room for improvement.

The hotel room was spacious and well laid out for 4 adults. The Urban Pantry had great breakfast options, and everything was very clean. However, we were overlooked by the cleaning attendant twice during our stay, possibly due to our extended time in the room. The room’s size was excellent but being next to the loud Ice Machine at night was a downside.

I stayed at the corner of the hotel where the rooms were very clean and comfortable. While the room wasn't huge, it was certainly adequate. One downside was that it was right above some industrial air conditioners, causing a loud humming noise in the room. The service was excellent, especially from the housekeeping staff, although not as friendly as in other Universal hotels. The location is fantastic, especially when visiting the Universal parks, quieter than neighboring hotels with great views from the rooftop bar. The dining experience, although good, was a bit confusing and overpriced, lacking variety for allergen-sensitive guests.
